Residents reported substantial frozen pellets reaching sizes of seven centimeters in certain regions. Weather authorities announced that different parts across Queensland had been impacted by large hailstones.

Emergency crews were focused on reestablishing energy supply throughout the damaged zones, with approximately seventy teams deployed to manage the extensive power failures.

Meanwhile, nearly 1,000 residents in Victoria also experienced power outages after the capital city experienced its wettest day in 18 months.
State Emergency Services handled nearly 600 requests for assistance across the state, mostly for property damage but also for fallen timber and inundation.

Moist weather were predicted to continue along large portions of eastern Queensland this coming days as a weather pattern continued to attract humidity against the coastal areas.
The following day was predicted as the most rainy day, with continued storm activity expected across different parts of both regions.

Medical authorities alerted that there was an greater possibility of weather-related respiratory issues across the state's northern country region, specifically given the existing atmospheric conditions.
